The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) administers the EEOICPA Program. For information on how to submit an EEOICPA claim, please go to:

DOE's role is to provide requested record information to DOL, upon DOL’s request. Individuals do not need to obtain their own records from DOE for an EEOICPA claim. Individuals who want a copy of their records may request their own records by submitting a Privacy Act request by completing a Privacy Act Request Form.

Privacy Act requests are to be submitted in writing to:
