Johanna Zetterberg serves as Chief of Staff for the Office of Indian Energy. As a member of the Office of Indian Energy senior leadership team, she supports the Director and Deputy Director by managing and advising on office-wide planning, implementation and administrative strategies to advance the Office of Indian Energy’s mission.
Ms. Zetterberg recently served as a Senior Advisor in the Office of the Undersecretary for Infrastructure at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). Previously, she led several partnership-based technical assistance programs for Tribes, states, local governments and communities including remote and island communities. Ms. Zetterberg has more than 15 years of experience in program and project management addressing affordable, reliable and resilient energy systems and energy-related economic development. Prior to joining DOE, Johanna held leadership positions in nongovernmental organizations focused on community revitalization.
Johanna holds a Master of Environmental Management from the Yale School of Forestry and a BA from Pomona College. She is a graduate of the Presidential Management Fellows Program.
