The Department of Energy’s Review of Export License Applications for China
The objective of our portion of this multi-agency effort was to determine if Energy appropriately participated in the export license review process to control the export of critical technologies to China. Additonally, we reviewed the status of recommendations set forth in our previous reports on the gneral subject of Energy's export control progam.
