Organizations submitting full applications for the second round of the Grid Resilience and Innovation Partnerships (GRIP) Program are encouraged to review this presentation to learn about navigating supply chain challenges, non-domestic content, and other compliance requirements.
Projects selected through programs funding by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law must be compliant, as applicable, with the Davis Bacon Act (DBA), which establishes the requirement for paying the local prevailing wages on public works projects for laborers and mechanics, and the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act, which requires that all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in covered infrastructure projects are produced in the United States.
