DOE’s Designated Agency Ethics Official (DAEO) and Alternate Designated Agency Ethics Official (ADAEO) administer the ethics program for DOE. The DAEO has delegated specific duties and responsibilities of the DOE ethics program to the OIG Special Counsel for Administrative Remedies, the General and Chief Counsels of DOE’s administrations and offices, and counsel for the National Nuclear Security Administration.
