The Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge (STOCK) Act requires online posting of the Public Financial Disclosure Report (OGE 278) filed by the President, the Vice President, and any officer occupying a position at Levels I and II of the Executive Schedule as defined by 5 U.S.C. §§ 5312 and 5313. At the Department of Energy, the Secretary and the Deputy Secretary are covered by this provision.
