DOE ordered Power Distribution Inc. (PDI), to pay a $474 civil penalty after PDI had manufactured and distributed in commerce in the U.S. units of the noncompliant PDI low-voltage dry-type distribution transformer. The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and PDI.
