DOE ordered Low Temp Industries, Inc. (Low-Temp) to pay a $70,018 civil penalty after Low-Temp had manufactured and distributed in commerce in the U.S. multiple units of the noncompliant Low-Temp commercial refrigeration basic models. The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Low-Temp.
