DOE ordered Lennox International Inc., (Lennox) to pay a $62,655 civil penalty after Lennox had manufactured and distributed in commerce in the U.S. multiple units of the noncompliant Lennox central air conditioning heat pumps model #'s PRPDF1624*, PRPHP1624* and NP16H24V. The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Lennox.
