DOE ordered Jofemar USA Inc. to pay a $15,000 civil penalty after Jofemar had manufactured and distributed in commerce in the U.S. multiple units of Jofemar refrigerated beverage vending machine model V.4 Vision E332USTS0443, which failed to comply with the energy conservation standards. The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Jofemar.
