This document waives certain patent rights the Department of Energy (DOE) has to inventions conceived or first actually reduced to practice by AUBURN UNIVERSITY, under DOE blanket purchase agreement DE-FE0022594, as the DOE has determined that granting such a waiver best serves the interests of the United States and the general public.
W(I) 2022-001 is hereby amended per the attached Statement of Considerations for Amending W(I) 2022-001 to include a second subject invention that was also conceived and also arose during performance of the work that resulted in the subject invention described in the original waiver. All other aspects of the original waiver W(I) 2022-001 remain the same.
