This document waives certain patent rights the Department of Energy (DOE) has to inventions conceived or first actually reduced to practice BALLARD POWER SYSTEMS (“BALLARD”), under agreement DE-EE0009620, as the DOE has determined that granting such a waiver best serves the interests of the United States and the general public.
