This document waives certain patent rights the Department of Energy (DOE) has to inventions conceived or first actually reduced to practice by GENERAL ATOMICS under agreement DE-FG36-08GO18145, as the DOE has determined that granting such a waiver best serves the interests of the United States and the general public.
