The Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management gives notice of receipt of an Application, filed on June 23, 2022, by SeaOne Corpus Christi II, LLC (Seaone Corpus Christi II) requesting long-term multi-contract authorization to export natural gas contained in, or mixed with Compressed Gas Liquid (CGL) to nations located in or adjoining the Caribbean Basin and the Gulf of Mexico with which the United States has, or may enter into, a Free Trade Agreement requiring national treatment for trade in natural gas.  SeaOne Corpus Christi II requests authorization to export CGL in an amount up to 548 billion cubic feet per year for a 30-year term from its proposed Texas Compressed Gas Liquid Production and Export Facility to be located at the existing Port of Corpus Christi, Texas.  SeaOne Corpus Christi II requests authorization to export CGL on its own behalf and as agent for other parties who hold title to the CGL at the time of export.
