Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC - Docket No. 19-125-LNG

On March 16, 2022, DOE issued Order No. 4800 to Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC (Sabine Pass) under Section 3(a) of the Natural Gas Act.  This Order authorizes Sabine Pass to export domestically produced liquefied natural gas (LNG) to any country with which the United States has not entered into a free trade agreement (FTA) requiring national treatment for trade in natural gas, and with which trade is not prohibited by U.S. law or policy (non-FTA countries).  A Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) was also issued in this Order.
