On Tuesday, December 12, 2023, the National Petroleum Council (NPC) will hold its 133rd meeting, beginning at 9:00 am EST. The meeting agenda will include remarks by Secretary of Energy Jennifer M. Granholm, as well as progress reports from both the NPC Hydrogen Energy and NPC GHG Emissions study committees.
