Changes to FE-746 Data Collection

On January 13, 2023, DOE issued a Federal Register Notice announcing a proposed change to the FE-746R Natural Gas Import and Export data collection and inviting public comment on the proposed changes. Comments on the proposed information collection were due to DOE no later than March 14, 2023. On May 31, 2023, DOE issued a second Federal Register Notice finalizing the submission of the information collection and proposing no changes to the current data collection. On August 15, 2023, The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approved the Monthly Report of Natural Gas Imports and Exports (Form FE-746R, OMB Control No. 1901-0294) without change for three years, with a new expiration date of 8/31/2026.
