Big River Energy, LLC | FECM Docket No. 24-26-LNG

The Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management gives notice of receipt of an Application filed March 14, 2024 by Big River Energy, LLC (Big River) requesting long-term, multi-contract authorization to export domestically produced liquefied natural gas (LNG) by truck to Mexico in an amount up to the equivalent of 44.7 billion cubic feet (Bcf) on a cumulative basis for a period of 6 years beginning on August 1, 2024. Big River requests this authorization on its own behalf and as agent for other parties who hold title to the LNG at the time of export.  No Federal Register Notice will be issued.
