The U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Environmental Management (EM) issued a Final Request for Proposal for the new Portsmouth Decontamination & Decommissioning Contract (PORTS D&D) to be performed at the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant (GDP) Site.
