Nate Francisco | Cassia County
Nate was raised on a family farm west of Paul and currently lives in Burley with his wife and two children. He graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with an emphasis in policy and planning. Nate is the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer for Southern Idaho Solid Waste; a seven-county solid waste district in Southern Idaho. He currently serves as Secretary of the Solid Waste Association of North America Beaver Chapter, Past President of the Idaho Solid Waste Association, and commissioner of the Cassia County Planning and Zoning Commission. Nate and his wife also own Sawtooth Floral, a special event and wedding floral business based in Burley. It is his passion to help create economical solutions to environmental challenges and he is excited to be a part of the Idaho Cleanup Project Citizens Advisory Board. He also enjoys taking advantage of all the outdoor recreation opportunities in Idaho with his family.

Ladd Edmo | Bannock County
As a Tribal Councilmember serving the Fort Hall Business Council, Ladd is involved in congressional, public, Tribal, and state meetings as a policymaker for the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes, a federally recognized Indian Tribe. During Ladd's tenure on Council, he has served as Sergeant of Arms, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Chairman and council member. He has taken a lead on the sockeye Salmon initiative, served as the Vice-Chair of the Idaho Council of Indian affairs and as a mentor with the Idaho National Guard for the Idaho Youth Challenge Academy. Ladd has advocated in front of the Idaho State Senate Affairs Committee for additional protections and action for Missing and Murdered Indigenous People and was instrumental in bringing STEM educational opportunities to Shoshone-Bannock Jr./Sr. High school. Ladd has been on the Idaho Indian Education Committee for the last four years and is the Tribal Council representative for education initiatives. He holds an Associate of Applied Science from Haskell Indian Nations University and is a licensed Journeyman Carpenter. Ladd is a member of the Pacific Northwest Regional Council of Carpenters Union and the Idaho Education Committee. He is interested in economic development issues as well as the Tribal government he represents. Ladd exercises tribal hunting rights, as a hunter and fisherman, has four children and five grandchildren and two great-granddaughters, and resides in Pocatello, Idaho. Mr. Edmo was selected by the Shoshone-Bannock Tribal Council to represent Tribal interests on the Environmental Management Site-Specific Advisory Board (EM SSAB) in Idaho.

Jessica Prather | Bannock County
Ms. Prather is a principal officer/ secretary-treasurer with the Teamsters Local 983. As the leader of the local union, she helps represent over 900 workers in Southeastern Idaho by negotiating and enforcing their contracts with employers. She has a passion for improving the lives of workers and their families in Idaho and is committed to finding the common ground between workers and employers. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration Management with an emphasis in human resources management from Idaho State University and was selected as Airman of the year during her time as a staff Sgt. with the Montana Air National Guard. She currently serves as a Trustee on the UT/ID Teamsters Health Trust and the WA/ID Training Trust and volunteers her time as a coach for her kid’s sports teams.
