Mr. Bartlome has been the Executive Director and CEO of the Southern Idaho Regional Solid Waste District since 2006. He was elected to the Idaho Solid Waste Association Board of Directors in 2010 and has since served as Treasurer and Vice President. He is also a member of the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) and has been SWANA certified as a Landfill Technical Associate since 2008. Mr. Bartlome has an advanced course certificate from the Public Risk Management Association of Idaho. Mr. Bartlome is a high school graduate who has taken college courses at Washington State University and the College of Southern Idaho. He is interested in environmental and public health issues. He currently resides in Twin Falls, Idaho and was appointed to the board in June 2016.
