July 14, 2022Cincinnati – Today, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) issued a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought via FedConnect and SAM.gov for Hanford Occupational Medical Services. As part of DOE’s acquisition process, this Request for Information/Sources Sought is being released to conduct market research ahead of the contemplated recompete effort, with specific timelines yet to be determined. This requirement includes occupational medical support of on-going activities at the Hanford Site, including a “readiness to serve” capability sufficient to support the Hanford workforce and upcoming 24/7 operations.
The purpose of this RFI/Sources Sought is to solicit input via capability statements from interested parties with the specialized capabilities necessary to perform the medical services requirements. This market research will assist DOE with identifying capable sources and developing its acquisition strategy to ensure continuity in critical services at the conclusion of the current contract, which was awarded during 2018.
