September 5, 2024CINCINNATI — Today, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Environmental Management (EM) awarded an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract to Old Harbor Solutions LLC of Anchorage, Alaska, a certified participant in the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) Program and an Alaska Native Corporation, small business, to provide various technical and business support services to the Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC).
The ID/IQ contract allows for issuance of firm-fixed-price and time and materials task orders to meet EMCBC’s technical and business support requirements, has an ordering period from Sept. 30, 2024, to Sept. 29, 2029, and a maximum ordering value of $15 million.
This 8(a) small business acquisition was awarded under North American Industry Classification System code 541990, all other professional, scientific, and technical services, with a small business size standard of $19.5 million.
