Headquarters Facilities Master Security Plan - Chapter 5, Classified Matter Protection and Control
This, the largest chapter in the HQFMSP, describes the procedures required to properly protect classified matter from the day it is created to the day it is destroyed. It includes the actions required for creating, classifying, marking, storing, using, transmitting, copying, and destroying classified matter. This chapter is maintained by the CMPC Program Manager in EHSS-42.
