Authorized for Classified Destruction

This is the sign that is placed on a shredder that is authorized for the destruction of classified matter.  Subject to the restrictions contained in the Headquarters Facilities Master Security Plan.  Shredders approved for classified destruction must have the sign posted either on the equipment or nearby.  The sign must contain the make and model of the shredder and be signed and dated by the appropriate HSO.
