This chapter describes the Headquarters (HQ) Operations Security (OPSEC) Program and the procedures to be followed by HQ program elements. This chapter also discusses the appointment of OPSEC representatives, and the conduct of periodic OPSEC assessments. This chapter is maintained by the OPSEC Program Manager in EHSS-42.
