This document provides a listing of medical facilities within the United States with experience in evaluating Chronic Beryllium Disease (CBD). Because the medical community at large is not experienced in the evaluation and treatment of individuals with CBD, this list is offered to individuals in the Former Worker Medical Screening Program who have received an abnormal Beryllium Lymphocyte Proliferation Test and may need further medical monitoring for CBD.
