This Special Webex will discuss the topic of Radon. Inhalation of naturally occurring radon gas is a significant contributor to radiation dose to individuals in both occupational and non-occupational settings. This presentation will discuss the sources of radon, risks associated with radon exposure, rules and guidance associated with workplace radon exposure, radon measurement, and how radon affects radiation protection in the workplace.
