EHSS-11 will hold a Special WebEx to present on oxygen deficiency hazards (ODH). Our safety experience speakers will provide an overview of ODH incidents at DOE Facilities including those explored in the DOE Operating Experience Level 3 (OE-3: 2021-05). The main presentation will provide the U.S. Chemical Safety & Hazard Investigation Board (CSB) Investigator-in-Charge’s perspective on the Foundation Food Group (FFG) facility liquid nitrogen release that fatally injured six workers.
