Project Objective
Prisere develops models, analyses, and applications for the insurance and reinsurance industry, with a focus on climate and disaster recovery. In this project, Prisere will add energy modeling capabilities to its analysis to help insurance and reinsurance actors value energy-efficiency and help unlock capital for energy efficiency projects in the form of incentives and lower premiums.
Project Impact
This project targets an industry that has enormous capital resources, but little visibility into the energy-efficiency world and no selective and targeted ways in which to influence energy-efficiency projects.
