As part of a Cities-LEAP award received from the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, the City retained Research Into Action and Energy 350 to validate building owners’ Portfolio Manager inputs provided for the City’s first energy performance reporting cycle (calendar year 2015).
