Seven New Projects Selected to Advance High Performance Computing in Manufacturing

Growing on the success of AMO’s High Performance Computing for Manufacturing (HPC4Mfg) program, AMO recently announced seven new projects to join the initiative. Led by Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, in partnership with Oak Ridge National Laboratory and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, the HPC4Mfg program enables innovation in U.S. manufacturing by leveraging world class technical expertise with high performance computing to tackle manufacturing challenges uniquely solved by computer modeling.

DEADLINE APPROACHING: AMO’S CESMII Request for Proposals

Project proposals for AMO’s Clean Energy Smart Manufacturing Innovation Institute (CESMII) are due on Wednesday, January 31, 2018.

CESMII intends to fund projects with the greatest chance to transform the United States manufacturing market and to increase global competitiveness through the application of technologies that are developed under this award.
