AMO Partners Named Energy Sector Finalists for 2018 Forbes 30 Under 30
Forbes recently released its list of energy sector finalists for the 2018 30 Under 30, which included four from the Department of Energy’s Lab-Embedded Entrepreneurship Programs. These four innovators were selected among thousands of nominations and represent the most promising individuals within the energy industry.

Plant Engineering Magazine Details Programs to Improve Energy Performance
In an article published by Plant Engineering, researchers from Oak Ridge National Laboratory and AMO’s Sandy Glatt detailed industrial energy and training certification programs available for the major industrial energy systems commonly found in manufacturing facilities. Across compressed air, ammonia refrigeration, chilled water, steam, process heating, combined heat and power, pumps, and fan facilities, 48 certification programs were found including DOE’s Better Plants program’s In-Plant Trainings.
