On November 18, 2024, the Office of Enforcement and the National Nuclear Security Administration entered into a negotiated Settlement Agreement (SSA-2024-01) with National Technology and Engineering Solutions of Sandia, LLC to resolve issues related to the introduction of an unauthorized Bluetooth-enabled electronic device into a Limited Area at Sandia National Laboratories located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
