On May 21, 2021, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Enterprise Assessments’ Office of Enforcement and the National Nuclear Security Administration entered into a Settlement Agreement (SSA-2021-01) with National Technology and Engineering Solutions of Sandia, LLC to resolve issues associated with a security event involving the introduction of classified information into unapproved information systems and potential unauthorized disclosure of classified information at Sandia National Laboratories (SNL) in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Settlement Agreement contains official use only information and is not available to the public.
