On September 19, 2024, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Enterprise Assessments’ Office of Enforcement notified Mission Support and Test Services, LLC of its intent to investigate potential deficiencies in the implementation of DOE’s 10 C.F.R. Part 851 Worker Safety and Health Program requirements at the DOE’s National Nuclear Security Administration, Nevada National Security Sites.
