On September 4, 2024, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Enforcement notified Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies, LLC, of its intent to investigate potential noncompliances with DOE classified information security program (10 C.F.R. Part 824) requirements related to the potential disclosure of classified information to personnel who did not have proper access authorization or a need-to-know.
