The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Enforcement and Oversight (Independent Oversight), within the Office of Health, Safety and Security, conducted an independent review of the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Nevada Field Office (NFO) and National Security Technologies, LLC (NSTec) concurrent assessments to confirm the level of compliance with the closure actions of the NSTec corrective action plan (CAP) for nuclear criticality safety.
