This report provides the results of an independent oversight review of the effectiveness of the integrated safety management system at the Department of Energy's (DOE) Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. The review was conducted July 11-21, 2011, by the Office of Safety and Emergency Management Evaluations, within the DOE Office of Health, Safety and Security.
