This report provides the results of an independent oversight review of the Health Services Division at the Department of Energy's (DOE) Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. The review was performed March 19-21, 2001, by the DOE Office of Environment, Safety and Health Oversight to identify positive attributes, issues, and opportunities for improvement in the Laboratory's health services and to conduct an Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care accreditation survey.
