This report provides the results of a review of the nuclear safety programs at the Department of Energy's (DOE) Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. The review was performed during October and November 2009 by the DOE Office of Independent Oversight’s Office of Environment, Safety and Health Evaluations, which is within the Office of Health, Safety and Security.
