This report provides the results of an independent oversight inspection of emergency management at the Department of Energy's (DOE) Sandia Site Office and Sandia National Laboratories. The inspection was conducted in January and February 2009 by the Office of Independent Oversight’s Office of Emergency Management Oversight, within the DOE Office of Health, Safety and Security.
