This report provides the results of an independent oversight inspection of the emergency management program at the Department of Energy's (DOE) Pantex Site Office and Pantex Plant. The inspection was performed in July and August 2005 by the Office of Independent Oversight and Performance Assurance's Office of Emergency Management Oversight, within the DOE Office of Security and Safety Performance Assurance.
