Security and Emergency Management Pilot Integrated Performance Tests at the Nevada Test Site
This report provides the results of a pilot effort to perform a joint security and emergency management evaluation of performance tests conducted by the Office of Independent Oversight and Performance Assurance at the Department of Energy's (DOE) Nevada Test Site. The performance tests were conducted in conjunction with an inspection of the safeguards and security and emergency management programs at the site in July and August 2004. The inspection was performed as a joint effort by Independent Oversight's Office of Safeguards and Security Evaluations and Office of Emergency Management Oversight. The results of the inspection of the safeguards and security and emergency management programs are discussed in a separate report.
