This report provides the results of an independent oversight inspection of the emergency management program at the Department of Energy's (DOE) Idaho National Laboratory. The review was performed in June and July 2007 by the Office of Independent Oversight’s Office of Emergency Management Oversight, within the DOE Office of Health, Safety and Security.
