Inspection of Emergency Management at the Hanford Site
This report provides the results of an independent oversight inspection of the emergency management program at the Department of Energy's (DOE) Hanford Site. The inspection was performed in July and August 2001 by the Office of Emergency Management Oversight within the DOE Office of Independent Oversight and Performance Assurance. Volumes I and II of this report, which are classified or Official Use Only, provide the results of concurrent independent oversight inspections of the safeguards and security program and cyber security program, respectively, at the site.
