This report documents the results of an inspection of the environment, safety, and health programs for the environmental management program activities at the Department of Energy's (DOE) Oak Ridge National Laboratory. The inspection was performed during May and June 2006 by the DOE Office of Independent Oversight’s Office of Environment, Safety and Health Evaluations, within the Office of Security and Safety Performance Assurance.
