The U.S. Department of Energy Office of Environment, Safety and Health Assessments, within the independent Office of Enterprise Assessments (EA), conducted an independent assessment of the Y-12 National Security Complex activity-level work planning and control processes and activities. The onsite portions of the EA targeted assessment were conducted during September 15-18 and September 29 – October 2, 2014.
