The Office of Nuclear Safety and Environmental Assessments, within the U.S. Department of Energy’s independent Office of Enterprise Assessments (EA), Office of Environment, Safety and Health Assessments, conducted a review of the Sandia Field Office enhanced oversight process. EA performed the review at the Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico, from November 17-21, 2014.
