Assessment of Conduct of Operations Program Implementation for Underground Operations at the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant
The U.S. Department of Energy Office of Nuclear Safety and Environmental Assessments, within the independent Office of Enterprise Assessments, conducted an assessment of the effectiveness of the conduct of operations program for Underground operations at the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP). This assessment was conducted to evaluate the performance of WIPP conduct of operations, as implemented by the facility contractor, Nuclear Waste Partnership, LLC. This assessment was conducted on April 23-27 and June 11-22, 2018.
